PROACT holds large stocks of our disposable products to ensure next working day delivery
(for orders received before 2pm). As well as direct supply, they are also available via various
distribution networks, including NHS Supply Chain and Bunzl (see below).
In the event that we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will always endeavour to offer
an alternative product or replenish our stocks and ship to you as soon as possible. Our
Customer Support team will keep you informed of your order’s progress along the way.
Free of Charge Delivery - Any NHS UK mainland orders over £100.00 are shipped
free of charge via insured next day courier
1st Class Post - From £4.00 (low value items only, strictly at customer’s own risk)
Next Day Courier - From £8.00 (including insurance and proof of delivery)
Emergency / Same Day Deliveries - Available on request, please call Customer

No goods will be accepted for return without a PROACT RAN (Return Authorisation Number). Please contact us to obtain a RAN with your order number
or delivery note number handy. This procedure enables us to try to solve any issue you may have over the telephone. If a return is still necessary we use
the RAN number to track the goods through our returns system for your benefit.
* We reserve the right to apply a minimum 15% re-stocking charge when goods have been ordered incorrectly. Items ordered in error must be returned
complete with original, unmarked packaging and manuals SUITABLE FOR RESALE AS NEW or returns may not be accepted.
Many of our products are listed with NHS Supply Chain. If you see the logo to the right
next to any of our products, please consult the index for NPC codes.
