quality products and recommend that customers take advantage of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please do, however, read the conditions of this offer below.
PROACT Medical offer a refund to the customer only under the following conditions:-
1. The customer has not undertaken a demonstration / trial period prior to purchasing the product.
2. The customer returns the product as new, complete with original, unmarked, packaging and manuals.
Please contact us for a returns authorisation number (RAN).
3. The customer has a valid reason for the return - i.e. the product does not function as described.
4.. PROACT may deduct the original cost of shipping from any refund if products were sent free of charge
It is the customer's responsibility to read the product information and to check basic suitability PRIOR to ordering. If in any doubt please call one of our Product
